Out of curiosity, does Thailand have a property tax system? And if so, do the properties go to the local or national government? If there is a property tax system, then industrial investment, even for low employment facilities like data centers, can be immensely beneficial to local residents, even if corporate taxes are low and workers are temporary migrants.
